LyxPro HAS 30 Review: Best Headphone under $50
Cheap headphones are what people usually settle for. Although there are millions of audiophiles in this world, the majority of the people would still settle for the cheapest headphones that offer a decent sound quality. And if that is what you are looking for, we have just the headphone for you. LyxPro HAS-30 is a headphone that you probably have not heard of before. It does not belong to a renowned brand for sure. Nonetheless, if you want to get yourself a decent sounding headphone without spending too much, this is the one you should go for.
Now, you will see a detailed review of the LyxPro HAS-30. Let us get started right away.

The LyxPro HAS-30 comes with a lot of good stuff. For starters, let us talk about the headphones. They are very comfortable over-ear headphones. The ear cups are big enough to go around most people’s ears without perishing them under intense clamp force. The earpads are breathable and offer great comfort.
The headband is nothing special. The top of the band is stiff and will not change shape quite much, however, the ear cups will tilt vertically. Another great feature about this is that the ear cups swivel a full 180-degrees. This is very comfortable and reduces the risk of damage.
These headphones come with two replaceable cables. Both are three meters long. However, one cable is straight while the other is coiled. You can easily detach any of them to replace them with the other. However, there is a feature that we find only in high-mid range to higher range headphones. That is, you can lock the cable at the joint. In headphones where cables are detachable, often it yanks off and it is very annoying. However, if you lock it in, it will stay at its place and you can enjoy your music without interruption.
Both the cables come with a 3.5mm AUX jack. However, you will get a quarter-inch converter along with the headphone. The ends of the 3.5mm jack come with a built-in screw. With these, you can lock the converter to the jack, so that it doesn’t come off.
The headphones have 50mm drivers. These can get very loud indeed. They have a decent frequency range of 15Hz-26 KHz. It is definitely not amazing, however, this is what you will get even if you spend a hundred dollars more. They use neodymium magnets, which was a big surprise for us. There is an impedance of 32 Ohms, so you will be able to run these with devices like smartphones and tablets.
Although the 50mm neodymium drivers are pretty loud, the earpads do a great job of preventing that noise from seeping into the environment. The closed-back system keeps ambient noise at bay as well. Overall, the noise isolation is pretty decent.
You will get deep bass, crispy mids, and solid highs with these headphones. Although they are very cheap, the output is surprisingly good. The frequency range is narrower than high-end headphones, still, you will experience even the subtle details clearly. And if you connect it to an amplifier or a DAC, you will definitely get a better, more boosted sound.
The LyxPro HAS-30 comes with a soft pouch to store the wires and all. Additionally, you will get another pouch and its purpose is to enable you to carry the headphones and the necessary accessories. The pouch is pretty strong and hardy. Like the headphones, they too have black and red details. The internals of the pouch is completely red. In one portion you can store the headphones by collapsing them, and on the other half, you can store the cables. There is also an elastic strap to keep your cables in place.
Product Design and Quality:
The LyxPro HAS-30 headphones have a durable build. It is made of high-quality plastic. The headband and the ear pads are made of leather. The quality of the leather is pretty good and it does not give off an odd smell.
The earpads are made of PU leather. They are very plush and comfortable. As they are breathable, your ears will not end up all sweaty after an hour of usage.
The headphone does come with some downsides though. As the drivers are rather big, they come with weight. And sometimes you might feel that these headphones are weighing you down. However, taking the expense and all the amazing features into consideration, I believe that a bit of comfort can be sacrificed.
