Beats PowerBeats Pro Design
The PowerBeats Pro you can buy in four stunning colors Black, Navy, Ivory, and Moss. Included, you get a matching case for charging your buds.
While the price is a bit steep, you get the new H1 Chip providing you with better sound compared to the PowerBeats 3. There are loads to like about these new earphones with its sporty design.
You have a playback control button with the logo and a volume regulator on both buds. So, you can use any hand to pump up the volume.
However, if you have SIRI available, you can say the word to command the buds to do it for you. Furthermore, the headphone is comfortable as it fits securely round the ear.
The fantastic thing is that you do not pressure in the ear using these true wireless headphones. What helps make it comfortable is the barometric emitting hole found in the forward-facing chamber.
The latter reduces pressure to improve bass response. Even the nozzle is slim and comes with four ear tip options. So you get a flawless fit.
Moreover, while the earbuds are comfortable to wear, we still found they do jut out occasionally. Another issue is that the earbuds massive making them an annoyance to transport.
How long does the PowerBeats Pro Battery Last?
You can get up to twenty four hours playback time with the PowerBeats Pro. The battery lasts up to nine-hour between charges with extra two charges using the case.
Unfortunately, you do not get wireless charging with these earbuds and will need to buy the AirPods instead. Therefore, you will need the lightning cable to juice up the charging case.
Furthermore, the headphone is more at home paired with Apple device. Pairing the buds is quick with two touches, and your earbuds are synch with your phone.
To check the battery use of your iOS device, all you need to do is open the case. Another excellent thing is that the earbuds also work well with Android systems.
What we like is the new H1 Wireless Chip for faster pairing and hands-free use.
Is the Bose PowerBeats Pro an Excellent Performer?
Whether you are working out at the gym or walking the streets, the PowerBeats Pro is seamless when it comes to sound. You can enjoy listening R&B, EDM, or rap.
Bose has turned down the bass with the new y-shaped EQ to boost highs and lows. Even movies sound fine using them. The only problem you have is that you will not be able to alter the sound.
One of the biggest problems we had is taking the earphones on the train and found the noise isolation not the best. Furthermore, the earbuds do not do a great job of blocking out sound well.
Another issue we have is that the earphones only IPX4 splash-resistant and can only take a bit of sweat or accidental splash. We did find that the PowerBeats Pro works well in quiet environments such as an office.
Even using the hands-free function works well, and you can wear them for hours between charges.
